I have been called, chosen, and graced by God to lead this mission of sharing His love. Jesus said, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:34-35). This is the heart of LCMI Ministries — to manifest God’s love by serving our neighbors, clothing the naked, sheltering the homeless, feeding the hungry, sharing the Gospel with the poor, encouraging the disheartened, healing the sick, and restoring broken families and marriages. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 25:40, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
It’s our honour to care for the elderly, newly born, and those who feel abandoned must be brought back into loving care, for isolation and discouragement are not of God. But our mission includes reaching out to the suffering, visiting the sick, feeding the hungry, and educating this generation in accordance with the Word of God. As Hosea 4:6 warns, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Where the knowledge of God is absent, everything else fails.
We are called to cultivate a generation that reveres God amidst the challenges of this world. While the adversary seeks to corrupt many, we as a Church/Organisation, rise up to defend God’s children. It is important to remember that our battle is not physical but spiritual, empowered by Christ to tear down strongholds and every argument that sets itself against the knowledge of God. “The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). Through Christ, we are equipped to overcome every barrier raised against God’s truth.
Our children must stand boldly, like sheep among wolves, yet equipped with the authority and power to resist the enemy’s schemes. The adversary cannot claim this generation; they belong to God. But we must take action to safeguard their faith and their rights. We must remain vigilant and focused, mindful of God’s timings and seasons. Christ promised His return for His Church — a Church without blemish — and it will come suddenly, like a thief in the night. This calls for constant readiness.
Righteousness is vital in our walk with Christ. The time to act is now; it is neither too early nor too late. We must press on with urgency, for the season is ripe. We need to be steadfast and vigilant, fully aware of the spiritual times we are in, preparing ourselves as a Church ready for Christ’s return.
Together, let us fulfill our mission of preaching the Gospel, nurturing faith and godly morals in the next generation, and serving our communities.
Together, we build a godly community, one filled with peace, hope, and love, reflecting God’s Kingdom here on Earth.
